Job descriptionCandidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent (CGPA 3.0 / 2nd upper and above). Experienced in Manufacturing / Logistics industry will be an added advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Good evaluation and analysis skills. Computer proficiency : Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Description :
- Perform day-to-day procurement activities includes developing purchasing plan based on production schedule, create and modify PO, shipment and delivery follow-up.
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of procurement activities, which comply with ISO 9000, 5S, SOPP and WIP requirements.
- Liaise with other departments for efficient and effective manufacturing activities and spare parts management.
