Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational HR Management

Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance and alignment with company objectives.

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across retail and corporate functions, ensuring timely and effective talent sourcing.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Oversee payroll accuracy, statutory compliance and benefits administration.

Collaborate with management to implement HR improvement and change initiatives.
