Customer Service Executive – Japanese & Korean Speakers
Overview
We are currently hiring for Customer Support Executives who are fluent in Japanese or Korean to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via email, phone, or chat in Japanese / Korean and English.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality service standards and follow company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Qualifications
Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese or Korean (speaking, reading, writing).Good communication skills in English.Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑oriented mindset.Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Benefits
