Program Manager-M365

We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 (M365) programs and services across our client's organization

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide M365 programs and projects from initiation through delivery.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of M365 services & Microsoft CoPilot
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
• Define program goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and report on progress to senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, risks, change controls, and resource allocations for all M365-related projects.
• Oversee user adoption, training, and change management strategies.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are embedded into M365 operations.
