Job description

To solicit mortgage business referred by business partners i.e. developers, solicitors, real estate agents and valuers

To maintain good customer relationship and close contacts with business partners for referrals

To implement sales strategies / policies set by the management

To be well conversant with changes in the marketing environment and to provide feedback to Management for appropriate action

To ensure the accuracy of the data collection and maintenance of high-quality customer information, thus increasing the ability to service a customer

To conduct frequent meeting or discussion with real estate agents / negotiators to generate new ideas and resolve problems.

To promote and extend sale of financial service managed by the Company including but not limited to Mortgage Loan

Participating in seminars organized by the company

Organize, develop and execute marketing activities

Dealing in Risk Management, Financial Planning services both Takaful & Conventional

Dealing with customer on analyzing their financial status and recommendations
