Job descriptionMinimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising or product development, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or fashion industry . Strong analytical and figure-sensitive skills with solid knowledge of inventory management. Familiarity with ERP / SAP systems is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Creative and trend-aware, with the ability to balance brand appeal and commercial results . Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Drive merchandising strategies aligned with brand direction and business goals.
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and market trends to optimize product mix and profitability.
- Oversee inventory planning and management to ensure healthy stock levels.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for new product launches and assortment planning.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising and inventory team.
