The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial & independent, possesses the ability to think strategically and analytically, and is personable.

• Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI's
• Manage brand A&P and P&L to ensure brand investments & ROI are maximized
• Work closely with demand planning team on forecasting future launches and monthly business needs.
• Plan and execute commercial business plans with Brand Manager.
• Work with marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans from product launches and promotion mechanics to grow and build brands
• Develop e-commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales
• Develop, drive and execute brand merchandising guidelines & adhere across all different retail channel distribution.
• Be ‘hands on' and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve brand objectives
• Work closely with trade partners to ensure brands exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented.
