Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, with at least 5–10 years in a senior leadership capacity within the property development, construction, or real‑estate investment industry.
Proven experience in group consolidation, project financing, land acquisitions, and joint venture structures.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills with strong stakeholder influence.
High integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to operate in a dynamic, multi‑company environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee group‑level financial management, including consolidation of accounts for local and overseas subsidiaries.
Manage property development accounts, including project financing, bridging loans, term loans, end‑financing, and progress billings.
Ensure timely completion of monthly and annual closings, management reports, and financial performance reviews.
Develop and monitor budgetary controls, KPI tracking, and cash flow management to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee approval processes for revenue, expenditure, departmental budgets, and financial documentation.
Collaborate with project, sales, and contract departments to align financial strategies with development objectives.
Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.
Maintain strong governance in financial reporting, risk management, and internal control systems.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, the company secretary, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audits and compliance.
Monitor changes in financial and property development regulations, assessing impacts on business operations.
Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, trustees, and financial institutions to support funding and capital structuring.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and Executive Management.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams across group subsidiaries.
Drive process improvements, digitalization, and automation to enhance financial efficiency.
Support expansion and restructuring initiatives within the Group’s regional and international portfolio.
