Job Description

• Quality Management System (QMS) : Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA / QC plans aligned with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Inspection & Testing : Define and oversee inspection and test procedures (ITPs) for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Documentation & Compliance : Review and approve contractors' QA / QC documentation, including method statements, checklists, and test reports.
• Audit & Reporting : Conduct internal and external audits, track non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure timely closure with root cause analysis.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Commissioning Support : Support commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring quality standards are upheld during system integration and testing.
• Training & Development : Provide quality training to subcontractors and site teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
