Job descriptionAble to communicate and translate with Mandarin & Cantonese. Preferred Mandarin & Cantonese Speaking candidates due to job role require as needed to deal with relevant personnel. 5- 8 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the manufacturing industry Strong technical knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret quality metrics and trends Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Working knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, master's degree, any field. Responsibilities :
- Developing, implementing and continuously improving the company's quality management systems and processes
- Establishing rigorous quality control checks and procedures at all stages of production
- Leading a team of quality assurance professionals and technicians to monitor and analyze product quality
- Identifying, investigating and resolving quality issues, and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with production, engineering and operations teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations and customer requirements
- Compiling detailed quality reports and metrics to inform strategic decision-making
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the organization
