What’s the job?

• Conduct performance reviews with insurer partners, implementing targeted quality initiatives and negotiating contract terms that foster collaboration.
• Coordinate with Operations to assess service delivery, resolve issues, and align on quality improvement strategies.
• Implement operational updates and monitor outcomes, ensuring protocol clarity and consistent performance across training, systems, and customer service.
• Collaborate with internal units to manage compliance requirements, resolve operational challenges, and integrate regulatory updates into quality monitoring and reporting.
• Develop tailored presentations, proposals, and implementation protocols for new accounts, aligning client expectations with operational capabilities.
• Monitor account performance, facilitate post-presentation follow-ups, and adjust proposals based on client feedback.
• Analyze industry trends to maintain market relevance and support strategic planning efforts.
• Support cross-functional initiatives, engaging stakeholders in Business, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Claims, and IT to drive operational effectiveness.
