Responsibilities

Deliver top quality and friendly customer service Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly Handle overall operations and reports to submit Attend to customer’s concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies’ policy Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations Qualifications

Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent Willing to learn and enjoy meeting people Be able to communicate with customers in English or Mandarin Punctual and disciplined Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn Required to work on weekends and public holidays Benefits
