Responsibilities

• Lead, drive and manage engagement for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
• Leverage best practice to guide customer strategy and future growth while cultivating customer affinity with programs / solutions that drive impact. Provide feedback on customer development needs, blockers or mitigation strategies.
• Conduct analyses of what customers are using versus their needs. Drive greater cloud and support consumption based on usage analysis. Use insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers; drive, retain and optimize customer consumption.
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensure technical visibility of new projects, and orchestrate key resources and infrastructure technologies for successful deployments.
• Run Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions that align to customer business goals and technical environment.
• Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders, including FastTracks, Solution Assessment, and others in developing cloud solutions on Azure.
