As they continue to expand with the newly established subsidiary in investment holding, they are seeking for a Chief Commercial Officer (Business Development) who can drive the organizations growth strategy
Job Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the companys long-term goals
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Lead market research efforts to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
Partnerships & Client Acquisition
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investorsDevelop and negotiate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations to enhance business growthDrive customer acquisition strategies and oversee sales efforts to expand the client base.Revenue Generation & Profitability
Develop pricing strategies and business models that maximize profitabilityMonitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targetsWork closely with finance and operations teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiencies.Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a high-performing business development teamFoster a results-driven culture focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, and market leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to drive business successAssess risks associated with new business ventures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsDevelop strategies to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.Reporting & Performance Tracking
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development successProvide regular reports to senior management on business performance, opportunities, and challengesContinuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedbackJob Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related fieldMore than 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles with strong network and industry knowledge in industry-specific expertise, e.g. banking, technology, healthcare, manufacturingProven track record of securing high-value deals and expanding market reachExperience in managing and leading business development teamsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to drive results and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and business intelligence softwareUnderstanding of revenue models, pricing strategies, and profitabilityMust be willing to be based in LaosBenefits and Other Info :
