FP&A Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for a dynamic, customer‑service and quality‑minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2026. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your accounting knowledge and expertise while working for a well‑known, fast‑growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of management reporting and involvement in the standardisation process.
• Review and perform variance analysis versus budget on production performance and cost.
• Participate in management reports enhancement and automation implementation.
• Summarise and review the company’s budget and analyse variances.
• Ensure management reports are presented in the standard format.
• Preparation of CAPEX management reports, monitoring and controlling of CAPEX spending across global entities, performing investment appraisal of CAPEX and post‑operating review.
• Review and analyse purchasing trend, pricing and cost; standardise management reporting in Dashboard (Tableau) and SAP BI.
• Continuously seek improvement and simplification in current work, actively sharing ideas and inputs to enhance the current system, reports and model.
