Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sport Program Manager to lead and grow our flagship programs in Padel, Golf, and Fun Runs. This role is perfect for a passionate sports professional who excels at creating engaging, well-organized, and inclusive events. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these programs—from conceptualizing leagues and tournaments to managing day-of-event logistics and fostering a strong community around each sport.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Development :

Design, plan, and execute a diverse calendar of programs, including :
Padel : Social leagues, competitive tournaments, beginner clinics, and corporate events.
Golf : Member-guest tournaments, league play, clinics for all skill levels, and junior golf programs.
Fun Runs : Themed 5k / 10k community runs, charity fundraisers, and family-friendly fitness events.
Continuously innovate new event formats and programming to increase participation and engagement across all three disciplines.

Operations & Logistics :

For Padel / Golf : Manage court and tee-time bookings, coordinate equipment rentals, and ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

For Fun Runs : Plan and secure permits for routes, coordinate with local authorities, manage race timing, and oversee all logistical elements (hydration stations, medical support, signage).

Oversee the end-to-end registration process using specialized platforms (e.g., ClubSpark for golf, specialized race timing software for runs).

Participant & Community Engagement :

Serve as the main point of contact for participants, members, sponsors, and partners.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive registration, utilizing social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.

Build a vibrant community around each sport, encouraging repeat participation and member retention.

Vendor & Partner Management :

Recruit, train, and schedule officials, referees (for Padel), and volunteers.

Liaise with and manage suppliers, including timing companies for runs, F&B vendors, sponsors, and equipment providers.

Budget & Financial Management :

Develop and manage individual budgets for each program area, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.

Identify and secure sponsorships for tournaments and fun runs to enhance event quality and generate revenue.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM4,000.00 per month
