About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Beauty to join our dynamic team at SC Wellness' in Kuala Lumpur. As a leader in the retail and consumer products industry, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our beauty department. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beauty operations, from inventory management to staff supervision and customer service excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty department to ensure efficient and profitable performance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and meet business objectives
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the beauty team
• Analyse sales data and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of beauty initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for the company
