Inventory Executive - SAP Material Management

We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Executive to play a vital role in our material management processes, ensuring streamlined operations and accurate inventory control within SAP MM. Join us in this replacement position to take ownership of inventory processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and make a meaningful impact on our supply chain.

What You'll Do :

• Inventory Management in SAP MM : Track and manage inventory in real-time, ensuring data accuracy and control over stock levels and movements.
• Stock Replenishment & Procurement Support : Work with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding stockouts and supporting timely replenishment.
• Audits & Reconciliations : Conduct regular physical counts, audit inventory data, and resolve discrepancies to keep SAP records accurate.
• Material Movement & Distribution : Coordinate smooth movement of materials across warehouses, adhering to our inventory policies.
• Data & Reporting : Generate, update, and review key inventory reports, providing insights on stock turnover, slow-moving items, and excess inventory.
• System Support & Training : Be the go-to expert for SAP MM material management, assisting team members and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Partner with procurement, logistics, finance, and vendors for seamless material flows.

What We're Looking For :

Language Requirements : Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
