Key Responsibilities :
Role Summary :
Firerex is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics.
You'll be involved in procurement, supplier coordination, import / export processes, and inventory documentation.
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead time, and payment terms.
- Follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
- Support basic negotiation on pricing and terms, with guidance.
Import / Export & Logistics Support
Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for shipment arrangements.Assist in preparing import / export and customs documents.Monitor shipment progress and flag delays or issues for resolution.Inventory & Documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with basic stock planning.Ensure all relevant documentation (POs, DOs, invoices) is properly recorded and filed.Cross-functional Contribution
Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing and logistics with project needs.Take initiative to improve processes, reduce delays, and support the team's objectives.Participate in team discussions, problem-solving, and reporting when required.Requirements / Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Candidates with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.Responsible, reliable, and willing to contribute to the company's growth.Good communication skills and willingness to liaise with both internal and external parties.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic document management.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin Chinese
