Job descriptionCoordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for shipment arrangements. Assist in preparing import / export and customs documents. Monitor shipment progress and flag delays or issues for resolution. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with basic stock planning. Ensure all relevant documentation (POs, DOs, invoices) is properly recorded and filed. Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing and logistics with project needs. Take initiative to improve processes, reduce delays, and support the team's objectives. Participate in team discussions, problem-solving, and reporting when required. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Responsible, reliable, and willing to contribute to the company's growth. Good communication skills and willingness to liaise with both internal and external parties. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic document management. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin Chinese

You'll be involved in procurement, supplier coordination, import / export processes, and inventory documentation.
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead time, and payment terms.
- Follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
- Support basic negotiation on pricing and terms, with guidance.
