Job descriptionSPM / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field. 2–3 years' experience in procurement / supply chain (F&B preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation handling. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to work in Puncak Jalil, Seri Kembangan.
Responsibilities :
- Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality.
- Prepare and issue Sales Orders and Proforma Invoices.
- Plan, monitor and coordinate with franchisees on orders and deliveries.
- Conduct monthly stock take and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency (lead times, costs, wastage control).
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth supply and cost efficiency.
