Leasing Manager

Job description :

• Identify and source for profitable sites for the opening of US Pizza stores in line with the Company's store growth targets.
• Conduct stie surveys & evaluation, complete and submit siter proposals for management consideration.
• Arrange and coordinate site inspection and procure requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
• Liaise with landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
• Engaging with landlords, agents or leasing personnel for managed and non-managed properties.
• Identify and articulate reasoning for proposed locations within designated areas which are to be substantiated via qualitative / comparative assessments undertaken with utmost professionalism and transparency.
• Other short-term project-based tasks as and when asigned by leadership of the department.
• To perform any other work as and when required.

Job requirements :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM6, RM9,800.00 per month
