Job description :
- Identify and source for profitable sites for the opening of US Pizza stores in line with the Company's store growth targets.
- Conduct stie surveys & evaluation, complete and submit siter proposals for management consideration.
- Arrange and coordinate site inspection and procure requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
- Liaise with landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
- Engaging with landlords, agents or leasing personnel for managed and non-managed properties.
- Identify and articulate reasoning for proposed locations within designated areas which are to be substantiated via qualitative / comparative assessments undertaken with utmost professionalism and transparency.
- Other short-term project-based tasks as and when asigned by leadership of the department.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
Job requirements :
Candidate preferably to have at least 1 (one) year working experience in the field of real estate, or retail business development, marketing, public relations or economics.Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any discipline.Disciplined, results oriented, professional and with minimum supervision, reporting and updating head-office as pre-determined by leadership.Computer literate and reasonably well versed in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel & Word.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM6, RM9,800.00 per month
