We’re looking for a boundary-pushing
Content Technologist
to join our AI Incubator team, someone who thrives at the intersection of content, media, and technology. In this hybrid creative-engineering role, you’ll empower our content creators with the latest AI models, APIs, and automation tools, enabling agile, proactive content production at scale. You’ll prototype workflows, integrate systems, and deploy solutions that make content smarter, faster, and more effective for both our teams and our clients. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-assisted workflows that accelerate content ideation, creation, adaptation, and delivery Explore and integrate emerging AI models, 3rd Party API’s, and no / low-code platforms to optimize team efficiency Develop skunkworks-style prototypes that demonstrate the potential of new technologies for creators and strategists Connect multiple tools and platforms together into cohesive workflow Translate creator needs into technical solutions that enhance speed, quality, and personalization Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, and data teams to test and scale new approaches Contribute to building and maintain a knowledge base and playbooks for scalable implementation of new tools Bring fresh inspiration to the team Support AI Incubator pilots across global teams, helping to turn experiments into operational advantages Support in the implementation and roll out of new tooling to teams, ensuring uptake and correct use and understanding Who You Are (Candidate Profile)
You’re a curious technologist who thinks like a creative and builds like an engineer. You live at the convergence of content and code, with a passion for empowering creators through emerging technologies. You enjoy hacking together solutions, linking platforms, and experimenting with workflows to push the limits of what content can do. Collaboration energizes you, and you’re motivated by solving real problems with real impact. Inventive, adaptable, and deeply curious about what’s next in AI and content automation Comfortable working in an experimental, fast-moving environment Equally fluent in the languages of creators and engineers A proactive problem-solver who sees ambiguity as opportunity Obsessed with simplifying complexity and enabling people through smart systems Preferred Qualifications
4–7 years' experience in content operations, creative technology, or AI / automation roles Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, Runway, ComfyUI, etc.) Experience working in the Adobe Suite of tools including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects Familiarity with APIs, automation tools and no / low-code platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make) Understanding of content ecosystems across media, production, and CMS / DAM systems Agency or media-tech startup experience is a bonus If you like creating content that makes people stop scrolling, we’d love to meet you.
