This position focuses on pre-sales support across ASEAN markets, combining technical expertise in guest room management systems with strong customer-facing skills to design customized solutions, conduct technical presentations, and support the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of the sales process, collaborating with the regional sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored Building Automation solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, create system architecture diagrams, and develop detailed project specifications that demonstrate the value proposition of Building Automation technology.
• Create innovative solutions addressing customer challenges in energy management, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with product developments, understand the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for system enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Conduct technical presentations and live system demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing Building Automation guest room management capabilities.
• Customize presentation content based on audience needs and effectively handle technical questions and objections in real time.
