Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Chairman to and from office, meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
• Ensure punctuality and choose the most efficient routes.
• Keep updated on traffic, road closures, and weather conditions.
• Vehicle Care & Maintenance — Perform daily checks on the car (fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, lights).
• Vehicle Care & Maintenance — Ensure the vehicle is clean, polished, and presentable at all times.
• Vehicle Care & Maintenance — Schedule and manage regular servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Vehicle Care & Maintenance — Handle car registration, insurance renewals, and road tax.
• Professionalism & Confidentiality — Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman’s movements and discussions. Exhibit discretion and professionalism in all interactions. Provide courteous and respectful service at all times.
• Assist with luggage handling and loading / unloading items.
• Occasionally run errands or deliver important documents.
• Coordinate with security or personal assistants for travel plans.
• Standby & Flexibility — Be available during and outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. Adapt to sudden schedule changes or extended waiting times.
