The Service Engineer is a team leader who will lead the techs for the day-to-day operation as directed by the Service Manager.
1) Monitor / Manage / Perform any necessary daily job duties for Smardt Chillers, BMS and / or other HVAC equipment.
2) Attend to any customer enquiries and complaints : recommend prompt effective solutions to technical problems.
3) Support client with system operation and recommend for continuous improvement.
4) Schedule Planning, Preparation and Presentation of the technical analysis reports to customers.
5) Liaise with customers to resolve / arrange maintenance related works.
6) Arrange, Coordinate and Supervise with vendors / contractors.
7) Take initiative to Lead, Assist and Mentor juniors.
8) Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
9) Any other duties deemed necessary and assigned by the Manager.
