Job descriptionTo perform routine and ad-hoc calibration to ensure accuracy in equipment readings and functionality. Updated Customer data : To update and keep all warranty customer data in our record and check if the faulty unit warranty validity. Management of tools and parts : Ensure adequate parts are kept to service machines assigned. Ensure tools required to perform calibration / certification maintained adequately and undergoes routine service. Educational Background : Degree qualification in Biomedical engineering, Medical or related field. Experience : Minimum of 1 -2 years working experience in dealing with healthcare professionals and medical industry. Travelling : Opportunity to travel outstation and cover more than one area. Language Proficiency : Proficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken. Required Skill(s) : Self driven, persistent, able to work under stress and continue to improve on performance. Travelling : Candidate must have own transport to travel cross states.
Job Description
- User training : To conduct onsite training user.
- Pre-sales support : To perform preparation, installation, and commissioning of medical machines (IVD and medical) and also assisting in matters related to all technical issues.
- Post-sales support : To conduct inspection, service and troubleshooting of products / equipment and also perform preventive maintenance service for all the products / equipment.
- Service report : Able to deliver complete and accurate service reports.
Technical Support :
To provide technical support to end user and manage customer complaints
