Role Description

• Manage parcel and cash processing, disbursement, and day-to-day routing with accuracy and efficiency to reduce loss.
• Oversee transportation / distribution routes and resolve transport issues for maximum efficiency.
• Communicate with customers and related parties to provide advice and solve parcel delivery problems.
• Ensure customer information is accurate according to standards.
• Check daily / weekly / monthly records and reports to identify and quickly resolve delivery issues.
• Analyze problems and performance to propose efficiency improvements.
• Ensure operational resources are adequate for smooth employee workflow.
• Handle daily earnings summary and financial system checks for branch performance.
• Supervise employee scheduling and support resource needs for productivity.
