E-Commerce Operation Executive (Store Operation)
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse, and related teams as needed.
- Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.
- Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.
- Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior / Company.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 years’ experience or have relevant experience.Diploma / Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis, or any other related fields.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.Good communication skills and a team player.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
