About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ONE HOLIDAYS ABOVE SDN. BHD (travel agents) as an Operation Executive. In this full-time role based in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of this leading hospitality and tourism organisation.

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE A BACKGROUND OF THE TRAVEL INDUSTRIES ON INBOUND MOVEMENT GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH ABLE TO HANDLE COMPLETE INBOUND OPERATION DEDICATED AND MULTI TASKING NEED A FAMILIAR WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE & OUTLOOK

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operational role within the hospitality or tourism industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field is preferred
