About the Team

Join the Finance team in the newly formed Commercial Finance Analysis arm of the FP&A group. You will work closely with senior leaders across APAC and company‑wide finance stakeholders.

Role Overview

This role focuses on two areas :

Financial and commercial analysis for the APAC region – working with regional management to provide insights.
Company‑wide financial KPI analysis – collaborating with finance planning, data teams, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in APAC strategy preparation and monthly performance reviews.

Analyze revenue, marketing KPIs and develop pricing / expansion strategies.

Build models, run scenario analysis, and deliver data‑backed recommendations.

Produce financial assessments of new investments and business cases.

Support FP&A functions : KPI measurement, target setting, reporting to senior management.

Conduct deep‑dive analyses on revenue and cost data to support decision‑making.

Benchmark Luno’s performance against market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or finance.

Strong technical / data analysis skills; proven financial modeling.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strategic thinker with commercial curiosity.

Project management experience.

High IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Nice to Have

Professional qualification : CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.

Experience in cryptocurrency or regulated financial services.

SQL knowledge.
