Team leader

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Coordination & Supervision : Oversee daily installation activities, allocate team members, and make sure the installation goes as planned. providing on-site assistance and resolving issues as they appear.
• Installation proficiency includes reading and interpreting designs, installing cabinets, and doing small electrical and plumbing repairs. Supervise the accurate measurement, cutting, and installation of cabinet accessories.
• Site Safety & Health : Make sure the site is always spotless, the floor is covered appropriately, and the client's belongings are in good shape and free of flaws.
• Customer Interaction : During installation, serve as the client's point of contact. Address client concerns regarding finishing and modification on-site.
• Quality Control : Verify the precision, levelness, and structural integrity of completed installations. Use best practices to cut down on mistakes and redo.
• Training & Development : Offer on-the-job training and mentor younger installers. Encourage a culture of ongoing
• Reporting & Documentation : Daily progress report, report issues, and completion. Maintain records of materials used and hours worked.
