Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our growing team at PRISMMA EXPRESS SDN. BHD. in Bukit Minyak Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's financial records and providing essential accounting support.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Provide support to the finance team as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
