Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on multiple platforms.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Assist in campus hiring drives and onboarding processes when required.
