Head of Continuous Improvement (Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through standards in safety, 5S, performance, process management, business continuity, and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver Lean training (5S, A3 / PDCA / DMAIC, VSM, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
• Act as CI subject matter expert, leading workshops and improvement projects in warehousing, inventory, and process efficiency.
• Implement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, follow-up, and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic guidance on CI projects, Lean tools, and operational challenges.
• Track and report KPIs, CI scorecards, and metrics to monitor performance and eliminate non-value activities.
• Manage CI projects end-to-end from problem identification to execution, testing, and benefit realization.
