Job Responsibilities :

• Counter check purchase invoice for Non-Trade vendor, without Purchase Order and precede posting;
• Prepare payment voucher for Non-Trade vendor only;
• Counter check medical, dental & misc. expenses claim for petty cash and precede posting;
• Prepare payment voucher for petty cash
• Update bank reconciliation;
• Update prepayment
• Update Fixed Asset depreciation schedule;
• Prepare General Journal;
• Filing for non-trade vendor & others documents;
• Prepare Sales Debit Memo to HQ and reimbursement;
• Participate in stocktake.
