As a Contract Executive, your task is to ensure that all the scope of work as listed below runs smoothly and is completed according to the set responsibilities will include conducting take-offs, continuously updating material pricing, and coordinating quotations and price comparisons for project-related works.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tender preparation, including all preparation of works, thorough breakdowns and cost assessments.
• Comprehensive understanding and adherence to project scopes and contract conditions.
• Conducting accurate take-offs and maintaining up-to-date material pricing.
• Coordinating quotations and conducting price comparisons for project-related works.
• Preparation of detailed letters of award, outlining precise scopes of work.
• Liaison with site staff, clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Preparation of progress claims and subcontractor progress certificates.
• Facilitating timely receipt of certificates and payments from consultants and clients.
• Conducting site valuations to ensure project progress aligns with expectations.
• Demonstrating initiative and unwavering commitment to project success.
