Senior Executive – Customer Service / Pricing (Freight Forwarding)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Executive – Customer Service / Pricing to support our Freight Forwarding division in Malaysia. This role involves handling customer accounts, providing accurate pricing, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and operations.

Responsibilities

Provide pricing and rate quotations for sea, air & land freight.
Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and carriers to deliver solutions.
Establish or maintain good rapport with main liners.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of local experience in Malaysia within freight forwarding.

Strong knowledge of pricing, rate negotiation, and customer service.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
