Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, effective, and professional support to customers via digital channels (e.g., live chat, email, social media).
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to digital products / services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering efficient and accurate solutions.
- Ensure all interactions are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service.
- Meet performance and quality standards while managing workloads efficiently.
- Adapt to ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with digital tools and services.
Requirements
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues simply.Prior experience as a Team Leader, Real-Time Analyst, or similar supervisory role is a plus.Experience in a customer service or digital support environment is advantageous.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Must be adaptable and able to work 24 / 7 rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.Additional
