Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (PPES Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd))

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract Managers in contract management services;
• Involve in both pre-contract and post-contract management for the projects;
• To coordinate with the operation team, vendors such as consultants and contractors on the contract requirements;
• Preparation of budgets, quotations, tender evaluation reports, and contract documents for the projects;
• Dealing with authorities, consultants, suppliers and contractors on various aspects of the project;
• Involve in the preparation of project status report, site visit / meetings and monitoring of project budget.
