Job descriptionProven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist / Manager in a B2B environment . Strong expertise in advertising (PPC, display, retargeting, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and organic marketing (SEO, inbound, content, social media) . Track record of designing and executing end-to-end digital campaigns with measurable results. Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar. Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently in a remote setup. Willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore HQ . Growth mindset and ambition to step into a leadership role in the future. Experience in digital agencies. Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing). Familiarity with B2B consulting, technology, or professional services. 100% remote flexibility – work from home or a dedicated workspace. Responsibilities
As our Digital Marketing Strategist , you will bring wide knowledge across the digital marketing spectrum, with proven strengths in advertising (paid media) and organic marketing (SEO, content, inbound) . You’ll work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and may travel to our Singapore HQ from time to time.
This role offers a unique career path : if you perform well, you could have the opportunity to head a digital marketing agency division under Beite Pte Ltd, leading a team of digital marketers.
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content, inbound, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Monitor and report campaign performance, providing insights and improvements.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and strategies in the digital marketing landscape.
- Contribute to developing Beite’s marketing offerings, with potential to lead a future team .
