Performance Media Manager

Job descriptionAccount management and campaign leadership Co-ordination with local Omnicom agencies Operational excellence Involvement in briefing, ideation, and media strategy development process Identifying innovative collaboration opportunities for campaigns Identifying growth opportunities for our investment portfolios through strategic planning Creative and innovative campaign planning Ensuring error-free implementation of media plans across teams Optimizing campaigns in real-time to address business needs and challenges Delivering operational excellence by adhering to timelines across deliverables such as reporting, invoicing, etc. Training and development of direct reports Proactive sharing of learnings with wider teams to ensure best practices are being implemented Networking and media partnerships Minimum of 4 years of hands on platform experience out of which at least 2 years is on e-tail platforms like Shopee and Lazada or SEM with Google Ads. Preferred Platform Skills such as Shopee, Lazada, Facebook (CPAS), DV360, The Trade Desk, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Adwords, SA360 Able to articulate and communicate clearly and persuasively for effective collaboration Able to multitask large volume of work and adaptive to changes Highly independent individual with self-learning attitude Organized and process-driven High energy and an approachable manner Additional platform skills : Amazon, Omniture, Adobe Analytics, CM 360, IAS, Google Shopping, Data Studio, LinkedIn Language skills : Japanese, Korean Proven record to improve efficiences in the team by standardization & automation

Scope of the role :
The Regional Team is at the very heart of the business and critical to its market perception and business health. This team is therefore tasked with operating the most dynamic component of media execution by ensuring governance and coordination across the 10 markets in JAPAC; Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand. You will also be responsible for planning and activating campaigns for the Singapore market. This role is focused on leadership-day-to-day operations; a client relationship steward; and main point of contact (regional and local teams). You are expected to influence, mentor, and deliver outstanding work that is aligned with OMD's values.
Reporting Structure :
- You will report to the Account Director
- You are expected to manage your team (1 Senior Performance Specialist) as well as any specialist delivery services that are being deployed in your business
