Job Description : Hotel Assistant Manager cum Sales
The Hotel Assistant Manager cum Sales is a dual-role position responsible for supporting the daily operations of the hotel while driving sales and revenue growth. This role ensures smooth guest experiences, operational efficiency, and effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Assist the General Manager / Duty Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage (if applicable).
- Supervise and support staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to hotel standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and overall property performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, travel agents, and event segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, and partners.Conduct site inspections, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.Develop sales proposals, packages, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.Collaborate with marketing team to drive campaigns, promotions, and online visibility.Track sales performance, prepare monthly sales reports, and provide revenue forecasts.Job Type : Full-time
