PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• To assist Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) for daily activities.
• To prepare, draft and peruse or review of letters, agreements and contracts accordingly.
• To prepare quotation and tender documentation for submission when needed.
• To verify the data and report that prepared by Admin Dept. for billing purposes.
• To liaise with Account Dept. in order to monitor of account payable and account receivable of the ongoing projects.
• To perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
