Logistics Section Manager

Job Description :

• To lead team, manage and ensure all arrangement are coordinate properly.
• Warehouse / transportation / logistic / outsource services arrangement and availability.
• Ensure authority requirements are follow and comply in accordance with policies and regulation.
• Responsible to ensure acceptance / payment are requested according to sales arrangement; coordinate with finance and warehouse.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory of products; coordinate with production, warehouse and sales.
• To discuss the loading schedule with Sales team.
• Responsible for inventory of packaging materials for sales purpose; coordinate with warehouse and procurement.
• Responsible for system entry, filling and others work related.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties which related to products delivery arrangement.

10.  Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time-to-time.
