Senior Lead Engineer, Signal Test (Storage / Server / Network) – Celestica

Summary : As a Signal Integrity Test and Validation Engineer, you will develop and test server, storage, and communication products. Major duties include SI and PI testing and providing support to customers, internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a signal integrity test and validation plan for the server, storage, and communication platform, including test plan scope, schedule estimation, and resource allocation.
• Execute test items according to the plan and adapt timing as needed based on issues and troubleshooting.
• Notify the R&D team of any problems discovered during test / validation and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate on debugging, failure analysis, and corrective actions with the R&D team and other test engineers.
• Design and examine testing procedures to shorten testing times and broaden test coverage.
