About the Role
To optimize the value of a solution to an organization through delivery and reduce owner risk in its delivery while ensuring the solution meets all compliance and regulatory which impact the system.
Work with project teams to ensure value is delivered and feed resulting valuation results into the business, information and infrastructure areas.
Design and develop solution approach to address complex IT and business requirements to bridge the gap between business problems and technology solution by finding the best technology solutions to the current business problem and defining the solutions’ features, requirements and business impact.
What will you do :
- Custodian of ARBM Enterprise Architecture. Develop a view of current and future state business and application architecture that is well connected with the business strategy specifically for ARBM.
- Act as a key member of project team and provide leadership in both application design and development.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the enterprise.
- Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies to achieve business goals.
- Ensure solutions are designed in accordance with the enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Develop and maintain enterprise‑wide architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce governance processes for ensuring compliance with the architectural standards and guidelines.
- Define and maintain EA policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks associated with IT initiatives.
- Ensure that architectural decisions consider security, compliance, and other risk factors.
- Ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver value.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and guidance for key projects to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture.
Skills, certifications and experience you possess :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Possess at least 8 years of hands‑on experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance models, and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.Experience in establishing and maintaining architecture governance processes to ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy.Proficient in using architecture modeling and design tools such as ArchiMate, Visio, DrawIo, Lucidchart.Ability to create and maintain architecture diagrams, models, and documentation that support strategic planning and solution design.Proven ability to identify architectural risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and optimizing architecture for performance and reliability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
