This is a full-time, on-site Executive Accountant role at KL ECO City who will use XERO to manage accounts (AP & AR), prepare monthly management reports and reconciliations, system generated forecast with dashboard maintenance, monitor transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards in Malaysia and Australia.

The system produced monthly management reports for the External Accounting Office's review. Prepare and submit all statutory reports verified by external accountants. Support external accountants in Australia and Malaysia by maintaining the GL on time monthly. Assist with office administration and management, vendor management, and documentation control.

• Degree-qualified in Accounting with skills in Financial Reporting and Analysis.
• Mandatory experience with XERO and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Experienced in financial management, budgeting, administration, and document control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
