Job descriptionAt least 1-2 years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. High adaptability on learning and project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Understand clients' advertising needs, objectives, and challenges to develop effective campaigns. Collaborate more independently with internal teams, including creative and media, for campaign execution. Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Assist in preparing and presenting campaigns and presentations to clients. Stay updated about industry trends and developments, incorporating this knowledge into strategies. Collect and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve project processes and deliverables. Extend comprehensive support to the Account Manager in operational tasks. Play a crucial role in evaluating project work with a strong focus on detail. Actively participate in onboarding new account managers and project managers. Provide possible innovative advice and solutions to clients and team members based on industry examples and experience. Assist in organizing, maintaining, and overseeing project standards and guidelines. Support account managers with detail insights on project briefs and schedules. Assist in the production execution of digital and social media campaigns. Support senior team members in making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Ensure campaigns are on-brand and aligned with client messaging under supervision. Assist in building a comprehensive database and maintain strong relationships with all vendors. Assist in negotiating with vendors on payment terms and additional discounts (when necessary) to meet margins. Assist in ensuring C27 keeps a healthy database of vendors at all times. Engage with vendors to ensure high-quality workflow and work output. Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Assist in fostering and maintaining client relationships, providing basic consultancy on the services provided. Support in understanding client needs, requirements, and project constraints, and communicate them to the internal team. Manage client expectations regarding work scope, deliveries, and limitations with some autonomy. Assist in ensuring client approvals and sign-offs are received according to the timeline. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and media, to support the execution of advertising campaigns. Assist in planning and managing the team’s workload on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring a balance of workload across. Assist in planning project teams’ allocation for proposals and new projects, targeting 6 months visibility. Ensure resource availability by utilising tools such as Teamwork platform. Ensure milestones are created and updated as the project moves along. Ensure all projects are broken down to milestones and tasks via Teamwork. Reducing lead time between brief to task assignment targeting. Avoid repetitive work, optimise and automate processes wherever necessary. To work closely (when selected) to execute & drive internal special projects as initiated by the CEO. To ensure the brand image (visually) of C27 is consistent throughout while working with the internal branding team. Collaborate with others - encourage discourse and critical thinking when collaborating with others. Ensure effective interdepartmental collaboration. To adhere to the CEO’s directions, instructions, & recommendations. Ensure all work produced is of high quality with little to no errors. Ensure all projects are submitted promptly, with precise content and clean formatting. To be responsible for the safekeeping and general usage of the Company’s assets in employee possession and Company facilities provided. To be dressed presentably and to maintain professionalism during client meetings. To uphold C27’s brand image at all times, during working and non-working hours, in-office or out-of-office grounds.
