Credit Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
• Issue invoices, statements, and reminders to customers.
• Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Review and evaluate customer credit limits.
• Prepare aging reports and update management on collection status.
• Work with sales and finance teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer payment records.
